Celebrating 10 Years of Teaching Zumba Fitness
Ten years ago in 2011, I met and fell in love with Zumba. It completely changed the way I worked out, the way I danced, the people I met, the music I listened to and it reignited my passion to help people be fit and healthy.
Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness class. Its exercise in disguise as its so much fun and just like a party but we do sweat and have an awesome workout at the same time.
At my party we are going to have FUN! FUN! FUN!
It will be on Zoom so you can dance with me from anywhere in the world.
Expect the following:
- A full on Zumba class with our favourite songs over the last 10 years.
- A couple of games to keep the party going.
- A Meet & Greet session where you will say hi to fellow dancers both old and new.
- Prizes & Surprises
- A free anniversary momento just for joining the party.
It's going to be so much fun.
If this is your first time dancing with me then these are the steps you need to take:
- Pay for the party
- Register by filling out the Medical Questionnaire
- Register to get your personal Zoom link
- Get ready to Dance! Dance! Dance!

Location
In your living room, kitchen, bedroom, office or garden.
What You Need:
A good internet connection - the close you are to the router the better.
Space - Be able to move a few paces to the side, front and back safely.
Training Shoes - Wash the sole and keep them for your class. When you wear the appropriate footwear, you give your body more protection from injury.
Gym or loose clothing - You will be on video so I can make sure you are moving safely so please remember you can't do it naked or in your underwear.
Water - Keep hydrated throughout the class as you will lose water through sweat.
The Link - Your personal access link will be sent to you via email once you pay and register for the link
About The Instructor
Eugénie has been teaching fitness for over 20 years and is an enthusiastic, lively and bubbly instructor.
She fell in love with Zumba in May 2011 and as anyone who has taken one of her classes will tell you, her smile is infectious and you can't help but join in.
Her classes are fun with funky vibes and funky moves that leave you feeling totally exhilarated.

Please read before making a purchase
Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment is for one person only and if others in your household want to participate then they will need to purchase their own class ticket. This excludes children under 14. Failure to comply may result in you being removed from the room.
Due to insurance purposes and the inappropriate nature of some of the moves for children, the lower age limit is 14 years old. There is no upper age limit however, with all exercise please seek approval from your GP first or fill in the medical questionnaire.
Please note that failure to fill in the questionnaire before the class starts, will result in cancellation of your place without a refund.
As a licensed Zumba Kids instructor, I regularly put on Zumba Kids classes during the school holidays. I also teach Zumba Kids in schools. If your child is interested please get in touch.
