Welcome to my world! I am a Fitness & Lifestyle Coach who is passionate about helping people to live healthier lives. I have spent over 30 years in the fitness industry and I am using my knowledge, expertise and experience to create some fantastic programs to help you achieve your goals and look and feel your best as you celebrate your 50th birthday.

Fifty & Fly

In 2016, I turned 50 years old and it was quite a feat for me as I lost my father when he was aged just 50 and now I realise just how young that was. He was an entrepreneur and I want to leave a legacy in his honour.

If you have started thinking about what you will do when you reach 50 or even if you are 50 already, I want to help you and many others, to live healthier lives so you can live longer, feel happier and be free from disease as you go into the next phases of your life. I have created these online programs and amazing retreats to do just that.

My goal this year is to help 1000 women to look and feel amazing I hope you choose to be one of them.

What I Can Do for You

Currently, I travel around the world running fitness retreats for women. I also conduct health workshops, speak at events and run local fitness classes as well as having the odd personal training client.
